  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order value
  • Product weight

Free Shipping: Available on orders above a certain value (check website for current offers)

📍 Delivery Address

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Include landmarks, contact number, and PIN code
  • We cannot modify the address after the order is dispatched
  • Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or return to sender

📲 Order Tracking

  • Track your order using the tracking link sent via email/SMS
  • You can also contact us for order status updates
  • Tracking information is updated within 24 hours of dispatch

📦 Packaging

  • All products undergo quality verification before packaging
  • Items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit
  • Eco-friendly packaging materials are used wherever possible

🏠 Delivery Process

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery at your provided address
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Valid ID may be required at the time of delivery
  • Inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting

❌ Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refused delivery

The package will be returned to us, and standard return policies with ₹100 deduction will apply for reshipping.

⚠️ Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged During Transit:

  • Report any package damage immediately upon delivery
  • Take photos of the damaged package and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@ethiniccouture.com
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund

Lost Shipments:

  • If your order shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours
  • We'll investigate with our courier partner
  • A resolution will be provided within 5-7 business days

🎁 Multiple Items

  • Multiple items in one order may be shipped together or separately depending on availability
  • You'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment
  • All items will be delivered within the standard timeline

  • Shipping address can only be changed before dispatch
